The odds are stacked against them, today's win and the mets loss was pretty big today though.

DNL had a stat the yesterday, if the Mets, Milwaukee, and Houston(i think) all went 7-8, we would still have to go 11-4 to make the playoffs.

I guess that is not the case anymore.

Yeah I'd say those Stats were thrown out the window last night. The second game was pretty awesome... Its definitely the first time I've ever heard a "sweep"chant. A pretty lousy chant it was nobody was on time with each other it was just a bunch of idiots yelling sweep haha. And the dude in front of me brought a dust pan broom in. He was the worst, and had terrible zingers to throw at Braun all night. "BRAUN YOU'RE GOING DOWN".

Hey Justin to answer your question you posted on myspace about game 1 tickets. I bought a pair this morning from my STH presale and got rocked with surcharges. 2 tickets, 400 level ROW 9, 100 bucks. They were 40 each, 6 dollar surcharge each, and then an 8 dollar Nonrefundable order charge for 8 bucks. AND they only let me buy 2 tickets for 1 game, thats it.

I don't think I paid that much with my other playoff tickets I got, but I got hosed out of Game 1 for the NLDS. Face Value was 40 DS , 80 CS, 150 W/S though.

Greedy Pigs. My buddy just bought 4 standing rooms for Saturday and it was 70 bucks, I still can't get over that cost. I sound like an old man (at 25) when I say, I just remember going to the vet when I got my license and it was cheaper to watch a Phillies game from the 700 level then it was to go to a movie.
