Brett Myers
This is the second time in his career where he's took a break from the Phils and returned better than ever. The first time had to do with him dragging wife down the road and this year because of his mechanics. He's been absolutely nasty since coming back.
Re: Brett Myers
I think this is wat we needed brett myers is cofident, and is playing some great ball. we just gotta get our bats singing again though!
Re: Brett Myers
Yea We have scored 1, 3, 2, 5, & 4 runs the past 5 games, winning 4/5. That is some seriously good pitching, minus Kendrick's outing. More run support than that is a necesity because you can't keep winning like that.

Adam Eaton has been horrendous.
On the other spectrum, Kris Benson has been pitching well lately.
Eaton is 0-4 in the minors with a 8.03 ERA in 5 starts.
Benson had 5 straight quality starts before getting hit around a little on the 17th. Opponents are still hitting .333 off him.

o its a shame how much he is paid, ugh
Re: Brett Myers
Well I guess that shows Eaton will not be in Philly this year again, and hopefully not next year.
Have you guys started to think about what next years rotations will look like? Jamie Moyer wants to pitch until he's 50 but I want to start working JA Happ into an every-5-day starter soon and Moyer is gonna be the one standing in his way unless we do get rid of Joe Blanton or Brett Myers./

They should have traded Happ after his two starts. Sell high on a guy that is going to be 26 next year and taking forever to make the majors.
Kendrick's trick is nearing an end I sadly feel.
Carrasco will undoubtedly be up at some point next year, if not September.
